Can I still place order with Honey Bee Craft Store?

Yes you can! We are still open and orders can still be placed through our website. 


What are you doing to ensure that cornonavirus is not being spread through products you sell and HIVE Partners products?

Firstly there has been no such evidence to support that it can be spread by products. We are working with our Partners very closely to ensure we are offering the best guidence for safe practice. 


Is it safe to receive parcels from the Hive Partners?

It sure is! According to current advice it's safe to receive packages. We continue to closely monitor all Government and Public Health England advice and will let our partners knowif anything changes. 


How long will in take for my order to be delivered?

Our HIVE Partners and the delivery companies are doing all they can to meet their regular dispatch time frames. However, due to the unusual circumstances within the U.K, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Although this isn't the usual experience we's hope for your customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


What is your current returns policy during this time?

Our returns policy can be found here. If you’re unable to return an order due self-isolation, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.

With all our products we do try to maintain stock levels but from time to time, we manage to nab ourselves some super exclusives or limited edition products. Unfortunately with these products we have limited availability, however we will state this on the product description so you can purchase the sufficient quantity's for your crafty project.

In addition we do have a facility on our website in which if your required product is out of stock, you can leave your email address and when we upload that specific product you will be notified immediately via the email  so you don't miss out again!

As our business is rapidly growing and we are receiving lots of orders, we sometimes experience overselling on our website.  However, as we have amazing suppliers who ship to us weekly, you may have a note on your packing slip which will state an item is 'to follow.'  This means we will be sending your fabric/ fabrics within a week. We cover these costs and thank you in advance for your patience. 

If there is something 'to follow' that's more than a weeks wait due to a Manufacturing delay, we will call you or send you an email with regards to a refund, exchange or confirm a waiting time.

This product is made with a huge amount of love in store by our specialist team.

We are super excited to be part of your crafty projects and love to help in anyway. 

We have several pre-cut products such as crowns, felt flowers and starter packs. 

Our pre-cut crowns are backed with wool blend felt giving them the support they need to hold their shape. 

Our felt flowers are made using our very own felt we stock. 

Our starter packs, contain pre-cut bows and flowers which we also sell separately as dies for your Big Shot / Cuttle bugs and Plastic Templates.

We love a challenge!

All our custom orders are non refundable. 

When you have placed your order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email that is sent to the email you provided at the check out.  

We have an amazing team which process orders immediately and aim to ship within 48-72 hours. 

Please note certain products may be handmade products (clays and feltie’s) or made in store products (felt backed fabrics) or larger orders take a little longer to prepare but please note each and every ounce of love has gone into making these products for you and time is needed for this. Thank you in advance for you patience.


Once your order has been prepared, picked and packaged, we then create your postage labels and your parcels are collected that evening by our courier. 

You will receive a shipment email when we create the postage labels. 

You can access your tracking number via your account and on order history.

Longer turn around times are to be expected after big launches and in the school holidays.  



All orders are usually  sent using Royal Mail "Tracked" or "signed for" services.

For our international Customers we use International tracked service.

In some circumstances we may use DPD, DHL or FED EX if we are sending larger parcels.

 

U.K  Customers 

We ship orders for FREE when you spend £50, All our shipping is calucated at the checkout dependant on weight and parcel measurements.


International Customers

Currently  shippng is not calculated at the checkout. 

Each order will be measured, weighed and an accurate shipping quote will be emailed to you. Should you wish to cancel your order once you have recived your shipping quotatition then we will cancel and refund your order immediately. 


All orders placed will receive a confirmation email. 

All orders are processed immediately. 

We aim to ship within 48-72 hours. 

If you are U.K based you should expect your order within 2-3 working days from when you receive your tracking information via email. 

For our international customers delivery times may vary but all parcels can be tracked by inputting your tracking information on the royal mail, track my parcel website.

We understand rush orders are needed sometimes and we can offer this service, however this needs to be arranged before placing the order. Please email our order manager Sarah and we will do the best we canfor this to be arrnaged.

There will be additional costs to organise this but this will be arranged before placing the order.

Honey Bee Craft Store Ltd was one of the first craft suppliers in the UK to offer this facility of a 'Buy now Pay later' option.

We work with four companies which are Clear pay,  Klarna., Partial.ly and Lay-Buy to provide a variety of payment options to suit all needs.

Each Company has specific features in which would support the way you would like to pay.

Our buy now pay later option 1 is for where you can place an order and your order is shipped immediately and payment is required at a later date which is organised through a third party company. 

You will require an account with them and a very gentle credit search may be required. 

These companies are Clear Play and Klarna.


In addition we do have another buy now pay later option 2 which is where you can place your order make a small deposit and make regular payments or a one off payment 30 days later and we will ship your order once full payment has been made.

These companies are called Lay-Buy and Partial.ly

Our Lay-buy option supports the pay pal account holders and our Partial.ly supports all other card payments.

This Buy Now - Pay Later option is for our PayPal Paying Customers World Wide. 

A 25%-50% deposit can be made when placing the order. 

We pack your order and hold for 30 days in which you have time to clear the outstanding balance. 

Once the outstanding balance has been cleared we are then able to ship your order. 

The deposit for the your order is non-refundable if you were to cancel this facility.

For this facility the customer only pays a 0.9% admin fee to Lay-Buys.

If you would like to make a payment or pay the outstanding balance in full please send an email to our Customer Services Team and they will send you a link to make the payment.

Partial.ly

This Buy Now - Pay Later option is for all payments made through all major credit and debit cards. This service is for all customers world wide. 

A 25% deposit can be made when placing the order. 

We pack your order and hold for 30 days in which you have time to clear the outstanding balance. 

Once the outstanding balance has been cleared we are then able to ship your order. 

The deposit for the your order is non-refundable if you were to cancel this facility.

To use this service it is free.

If you would like to make a payment or pay the outstanding balance in full please send an email to our Customer Services Team and they will send you a link to make the payment. 



Klarna.

This Buy Now - Pay Later option is currently available to all our U.K Customers. 

No Deposit is required when placing an order. 

No minimum Order.

Your order will shipped within our usual working turnaround times and payment for your order is required within 14 (2 weeks) days after the order has been placed. 

This facility is free to use. 

To cancel this facility, you must return your products and a refund can be given.

Unfortunately due to how we process our orders we can not add to orders. 

We know how much you enjoy our speedy turnaround and would hate for this to change due to chasing orders, creating invoices and adding extra's to orders.


However If you do place an order and we find them together and they are going out the same day we will send your extra postage payment back via a honey bee  gift card. 




You can cancel your order if you email us and your order hasnt been shipped. 

Our Hive Sellers offer by far the quickest resolutions to any queiries you may have, because they're small, creative businesses creating your order. 


To contact a Hive Seller regarding an order you have already made, use the button found on the order details in 'My orders' section of your account.

Alternaitively you can use the Contact the seller button found in your confirmation email.

If you have a question about any item on the site, please visit its product page and click on the sellers name and click 'ask the seller' button.



When your order has been packaged and labelled you'll receive your shipping information via text or email. 

You can then track your order via royal mail using your tracking number.

If your order is unfulfilled, your order isn't ready yet. 

Once your order is packaged that day, Labels are created and are collected that day. 

If for whatever reason... For example Snow....or no collection.... We would take your orders to the post office ourselves.

We do have this facility but only at a group level right now. We update our group and let them know which days orders we are working on. 

This is a customer only group and hope to see you in there! 


We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email us, honeybeecraftstore@outlook.com with your order number, the name of the product in which is faulty or incorrect.

We aim to resolves these issues within 2 working days. 






All our pre-ordered products state the date in the product description section there expected arrival. When they arrive we let our customers know via email or on our social platforms. 


Yes. This is something we can offer. 

If this is something you would like to do. Email our customer services team before placing your order and we can arrange this for you. 

This service is by appointment only. 



Yes we certainly do. 

When you create an account you will automatically be sent your unique new customer disocunt code. 

Your disocunt code will only be valid for 3 months. 


If you log in to your account on our website all your previous orders are saved within the  'Orders' section. 


Also in addition you are sent order confirmation email when placing the order in which you can view. 

Pre -orders are set up so you dont miss out!

We create pre orders when we have a popular fabric arriving and its a great way to secure your fabric.

It will clearly be dated on the product desciption when the fabric is due to arrive so please make sure you read the product description carefully. 
In the rare event there is a delay with the fabric, you will be sent a courtesy email with all relevant updates. 


Discount codes are usually at the checkout. Look for "gift card / discount code".

Enter the code in this space and then click the pay now.

Payments wont be taken until then.



Returns Policy


If for what ever reason you are unhappy with our products you can send them back to us for a refund or exchange, however it must be returned in the original condition it was sent to you. 



Return requests or faulty products must be reported within 3 days of receiving them.


Returns will only be permitted if returned back to us within 14 days from when you received your order. 



Faulty products will need to be returned in return for an exchange or refund. 




All our plastic templates are non returnable due to the nature of the item and copyright purposes. 

 This does not affect your statutory rights.


In addition other products in which are non returnable are our cut to size fabrics, handmade to order products and sale items which are found in our outlet. 



Before returning items you must contact us via email honeybeecraftstore@outlook.com and once we have acknowledged your return, then we can accept your return. 


Please make sure you package the product accordingly and retain proof of postage when sending items back to us or use a traceable service for peace of mind.
